Over the last year I’ve been traveling a lot. One of the reasons is shooting videos all over the place. Shooting videos means carrying gear along with you. Camera, microphone, charger, hard-disc, phone and so forth. I got used to the gear, but get annoyed by carrying all the long charging cables with me. Either I forget to pack one, or they are tangled up into a big chunk at arrival.
There are many companies that are selling tiny versions of the current cables. But there is no need for me to have super-tiny cables, I just want to have a set that I can always leave in my backpack so I won’t be able to forget, and which don’t get tangled up. And besides, there are millions of unused cables out there, no need to buy new ones.
The plan is boringly simple:
Turn old cables into a smaller version for traveling.
Here is how:

That’s it. A set of cables that you can always carry along with you. Oh, and a tip: carry along one usb extension, in case you need full length. Bye forgotten cables, bye tangles
One minor note: I’m not a writer. I’m just a guy with some stories I like to share. English is my second language and grammar is probably my least developed skill; hopefully it will improve over time. If you find a mistake, don’t be evil: just let me know and I will change it.
